Welcome and Namaste!

We're thrilled you're here and considering practicing Yoga.

Yoga is a practice for everyone and after you spend some time on your mat you'll soon find the relationship between your mind and body becoming much closer.  Not only do you reap benefits physically from the exercise of the practice, but you benefit mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  

We are currently offering yoga stretch class which is suitable for beginners.  We also offer private individualized instruction for anyone who is looking to improve flexibility for sports, daily activities or to improve body awareness and mental clarity.
